New to Online Booking?

Registration is necessary and can be completed online with a valid credit card. One username and password allows you to access reservations at either of our locations. If you already have an email on file with us, your profile will link to your existing client information profile. Click the location of choice below.

Booking on a Mobile Device?

Ginger Bay online booking is Apple and Android mobile friendly. The same credentials will be used to book from a PC or with a mobile device.  

Why are color services not available online?

Hair Color services at Ginger Bay are very specific in service time for specific guest hair types and for technicians as well.  Therefore it is very difficult to book these services online without the support of our guest service team and we ask that all color services are booked by phone.  Thank you for understanding.  

Booking a Haircut Service?

Ginger Bay adds an additional 15 minutes onto our Haircut Services for new guests to allow for the appropriate consultation time.  Please note that when booking a haircut service, the only option is to select a NEW Guest Haircut.  For existing guests, please continue to book using that selection and we will edit the appointment duration.  This allows us to make sure we provide enough time for all guests who may not select the appropriate haircut service.  

Need to cancel your reservation?

Cancellations must be made by contacting our guest service department by phone.  It is not possible to cancel reservations online and we ask a courtesy 24 hour advance notice for single appointments and 48 hour advance notice for 2 or more appointments. Make an appointment online for our most popular service experiences.

• Although we do not anticipate the need to contact you, there may be times when we request to adjust your appointment time within 15 or 30 minutes.
• Ginger Bay reserves the right to revoke online booking privileges for guests who fail to extend courtesy on appointment cancellations or miss appointments without notification.
