Our haircuts are a relaxing 45 minutes and include a personalized consultation, 3-5 minute stress relieving scalp, neck & shoulder massage, shampoo, conditioning and blow-dry finish. If time permits, a complimentary makeup touch-up is also included. There are no shortcuts here. Our new stylists undergo a 6 month, hands-on associates program. Beyond training, stylists are required to attend annual advanced technical education, along with customer service and product knowledge classes.
