Merchandise Returns & Exchanges
If you change your mind about your product or boutique purchase, you can return any unused and unopened products to Ginger Bay with a copy of your receipt within thirty(30) days of the date of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund for any retail products that have been opened or any boutique merchandise that has been worn, used and/or tags have been removed. Sales with a 30% or higher markdown are final sales and cannot be returned under any circumstances.
